How it works

1. Collect

Upload invoices in the portal, forward them by email, or let INVOX pick them up automatically from a Google Drive folder you choose.

2. Extract

AI vision models read each scanned PDF or photo and extract structured data — supplier, buyer, dates, line items, VAT, and totals.

3. Review

Every invoice is verified with automated math checks and reviewed by a human before it is marked complete. Nothing reaches your books unchecked.

4. Export

Completed invoices are exported as JSON, CSV, or XML for your accounting software — or delivered straight back to your Google Drive.

Google Drive integration

INVOX connects to Google Drive so that your firm can automate invoice intake and delivery. The integration is optional and configured per client:

  • Invoice sync (read-only): INVOX periodically reads new invoice files from the specific Drive folder you select and imports them into the processing pipeline.
  • Export delivery: INVOX writes processed invoice files and export documents into the Drive folder you select.

INVOX only accesses the folders you configure, never uses Google data for advertising, and you can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how Google user data is handled.
