Terms of Service

INVOX ("we", "us") provides an invoice processing platform at app.invox.lt(the "Service") that extracts structured financial data from invoice documents using AI, verifies it through automated checks and human review, and exports it for accounting use. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service is operated by Bitcat, MB, company code 305434929, VAT number LT100014309113, Vokiečių g. 39, LT-45263 Kaunas, Lithuania.

Accounts are provisioned for accounting firms and their clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the invoice documents and data you submit. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the Service — including AI-based extraction, human review, and export in the formats you configure. You are responsible for having the right to submit the documents you process.

Optional integrations (such as Google Drive) connect the Service to third-party accounts you control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how integration data is handled.

You may not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no submitting unlawful content, no attempting to disrupt the Service or access data belonging to other client firms, and no reselling the Service without our written consent.

AI extraction is assisted by verification checks and human review, but you remain responsible for reviewing exported data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. The Service is a processing tool, not accounting or tax advice.

The Service is sold to businesses. Prices are listed at invox.lt/kaina and exclude VAT; VAT (21%) is added at checkout. Every payment is confirmed with an electronic VAT invoice.

• Payment methods. Bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or card. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A card is saved for future renewals only with your explicit consent and can be removed from your account at any time.
• Free trial. A new account receives 50 free invoices. No payment details are required for the trial.
• Subscription plans. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each term (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Invoices processed above the plan's monthly allowance are billed at the same per-invoice rate; unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.
• Cancelling a plan. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the term already paid for remains active until its end and is not refunded pro rata.
• One-time packs. Packs are prepaid, never expire and are debited only as invoices are processed. A pack is not refundable once purchased, but its unused invoices stay on your account indefinitely.
• Refunds. A duplicate or mistaken payment is refunded in full on request to support@invox.lt; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. A rejected or unreadable document is never charged.
• Error guarantee. If an extraction error passes our review and reaches your export, we compensate ten times the processing fee of that invoice. The compensation is credited to your account and paid out on request.

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where changes are material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
